Resep : Egg and Avocado Sandwiches

Evan sudah 10 bulan dan waktunya bisa makan ikan, kemarin uda dicoba pake nasi tim campur brokoli dan ikan kakap namun ga sukses. Maksudnya bukannya dia ga mau tapi makannya berantakan banget. Karena keseringan makan pake metode BLW jadinya setelah disuapin, makanan yang didalem mulut dikeluarin pake tangan terus diliat kemudian dimasukin lagi. Ga cuman sekali jadi bikin gondok mamanya karna dah masaknya lama dan lumayan ribet. Akhirnya lunch selanjutnya ak buatin Egg and Avocado Sandwiches. Berhubung ga ada persiapan sebelumnya dan sudah waktunya jam makan siangnya si Evan akhirnya ak skip egg nya, maap ya nak tapi mama ganti dengan sawi rebus ;) . Here is the original recipe :

Egg and Avocado Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
1 hard boiled egg
wholemeal bread
Method :
1. Mash the avocado until smooth
2.Separate the egg yolk from the rest of the egg and mash well. Mix with the mashed avocado
3. Spread on to the bread to make a sandwich and cut into squares OR lightly toast wholemeal bread and cut into fingers and serving the egg/avocado as a dip.
Alternatives to wholemeal bread include lightly toasted bagel (wonderful for dipping as bagels do not break up easily) or pieces of pitta bread.
